Champagne towers give that Gatsby-inspired vibe that looks undeniably cool and chic – there’s probably no better way to serve up your fizz.

1. Stay close together while pouring — touch, kiss, be in the moment, be in love!

2. Have at least four levels to your tower.

Champagne towers can look dinky if they’re too small. I recommend at least four levels to your tower to make sure it looks substantial enough. This would mean your tower is made of 30 glasses total. If you want 5 levels, the bottom level will have 25 glasses.

3. If you're doing a FOUR level tower, you'll need SIX bottles of fizz.

4. Use coupe glasses for stability (and make sure they’re all identical)

This is very important — champagne flutes won’t balance well, and you want each level to overflow down to the next. Coupe glasses are the perfect shape for this, and for stability. Make sure each glass is identical to avoid a shaky tower.

5. Ensure the table is sturdy and all glasses are touching. Another way to avoid a shaky tower is to have a very sturdy table.

6. Do it somewhere where there is no clutter behind you. Do it where your guests can see you both and access a glass for themselves. Do it somewhere there is plenty room for your suppliers to capture it AND for you both to dance and give it laldy.
